When a home is unoccupied it has a mind of its own. Often times unexpected occurrences happen that need attention as soon as possible. This is an important reason to have home inspections.

Clogged gutters prior to the first snow fall can lead to some major issues. Chirping fire alarms, dead fireplace batteries, and no internet upon arrival isn't very welcoming. I will prevent these discomforts. 

Patio furniture set up and winterizing. Exterior plumbing winterization, heat tape, boiler and furnace servicing.

Owning a home in Tahoe is a lifestyle, I offer services to provide the ground work of that lifestyle.  Instead of  rushing to the grocery store first thing once arriving, open your refrigerator to a display of fresh food. Your skis need waxing, dry cleaning dropped off, and reservations made. I am a resource that is just a text away. 

Vehicles need to be ran regularly if you want them to run regularly. They need to stay registered and smogged. The battery needs to be charged, the crankshaft needs to be oiled, the tires need air. I also offer interior and exterior detailing.

The only way to stay on top of snow removal in Lake Tahoe is to stay on top of it, never let it build up.  With the sunny bluebird days we get after a snow storm,  followed by the freezing cold nights, our snow turns into sold ice, once that happens, you are picking a fight with mother nature. 

It's time to celebrate, not decorate! Christmas lights, tree Installations, catering, photography, etc...I have the resources for it all.

Last but certainly not least, cleaning a home is an art, catered to each individual. Whether you like your pillows karate chopped or flat, I will learn your specific cleaning desires. I have a keen eye during my cleaning qc.
